The Factory Logistics team plays a vital role in developing the framework for digitalized, efficient, and future-ready factories, as well as acting as a business partner to support factories in bringing projects to “Go Live.”
As a Business Implementation Manager Manufacturing Execution, you are part of the global Engineering Team and will develop and maintain the digital backbone of factory processes, driving the development of Beiersdorf’s factories.

As a Business Implementation Manager Manufacturing Execution, you are part of the global Engineering Team and will develop and maintain the digital backbone of factory processes, driving the development of Beiersdorf’s factories.
Relevant Tasks Include
- Developing future capabilities of the Global Production Network, such as Industry 4.0, and creating the digital backbone for the automation of manufacturing and logistics processes
- Translating business requirements from the factories into SAP process requirements
- Acting as the global owner of the SAP template for manufacturing execution processes, including interfaces to shopfloor systems
- Providing key support for the global transition from SAP WM to SAP EWM across all Beiersdorf factories by designing to-be processes and supporting implementation through test management and training
- Capturing lessons learned and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in future projects
- Training factory key users on new business and IT processes and process improvements (train-the-trainer concept)
- Scouting and benchmarking logistics industry trends
- Acting as a key member in the overall Beiersdorf manufacturing and logistics network, staying closely connected to various stakeholders including factories, planning, quality management, distribution logistics, transportation management, controlling, and Beiersdorf IT to clarify requirements for user stories, self-organize tasks, and lead realization in respective solutions
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification, with a strong business understanding
- 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in IT, factory operations, logistics, or the cosmetics industry
- Strong SAP skills, particularly in SAP EWM
- Proven project management skills in an intercultural working environment
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong leadership qualities at a personal level (self-reflective, inspiring, empowering, and performance-oriented), combined with pragmatic problem-solving abilities
- Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, ability to balance diverse interests, and a focus on results and performance
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder environments and complex digital projects, preferably with global exposure
- Willingness to travel for international project implementation (up to 30%, higher during onboarding phase)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
