We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge

  • Client Strategy & Leadership: Execute the regional client success strategy, and adjust it to the [specific market], enhancing client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving business growth.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing Client Success team within the market, ensuring they have the necessary tools and frameworks to succeed.
  • Revenue Growth & Retention: Collaborate with local Sales leaders to identify opportunities for client expansion, renewals, and increased investment.
  • Operational Excellence & Execution: Ensure best-in-class service delivery by implementing and optimizing local client success processes, SLAs, and performance frameworks in alignment with regional guidelines.
  • Strategic Account Management: Act as the senior point of contact for key clients and agencies, ensuring alignment between their business objectives and our solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and other internal teams to streamline execution, improve workflows, and proactively address client needs.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Oversee the development of client performance reporting and insights, providing strategic recommendations to optimize media investments.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client expectations within the [specific market] to strengthen the company’s positioning.
  • Advocacy & Thought Leadership: Represent the company in key client meetings, industry events, and strategic forums, reinforcing our value proposition in the local market.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 10/12+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related leadership role within AdTech, Digital Media, or MarTech.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling client success teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, programmatic media, and agency dynamics within the [specific market].
  • Strong track record of driving client retention, revenue expansion, and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional ability to manage executive-level relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with the local advertising landscape, client needs, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience working with CRM, reporting, and workflow tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and BI platforms is a plus.
