YOUR ROLE
You will integrate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) in an automated warehouse context, ensuring stable and top-notch automation solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide support and consultancy on WCS integration during tender and project phases
- Coordinate interface implementation and communication between WMS and WCS
- Technical design of WCS integration and define acceptance criteria
- Manage the WCS integration platform, technical setup and deployments considering secured compliance rules of Kühne+Nagel
- Create and run test scripts and scenarios for various testing phases
- Train and coach colleagues within Kühne+Nagel
- Define non-functional requirements
- Extensive experience in warehouse automation and logistics processes
- Expert knowledge on WCS integration and WCS systems
- Profound knowledge of WMS, especially Blueyonder WMS
- Strong technical understanding and experience in large-scale projects
- Interest in new technologies in automation and digitalization
- Willingness to travel occasionally
