We are seeking a Platform Solutions Consultant to join our Revenue & Operations team in Hamburg or Düsseldorf. In this role, you will report to the Director of Customer Success and be responsible for fostering customer success by understanding clients' business needs and demonstrating how Adform's innovative products can help them achieve their goals.
As a Platform Solutions Consultant, you will be self-sufficient in managing both internal and external stakeholders but will also require guidance and direction from your direct manager. Your exceptional onboarding experience, proactive support, and strategic consultations will enhance customer relationships.

We are seeking a Platform Solutions Consultant to join our Revenue & Operations team in Hamburg or Düsseldorf. As a Platform Solutions Consultant, you will be self-sufficient in managing both internal and external stakeholders but will also require guidance and direction from your direct manager. - Understand the customers business needs and how Adform products help customer reach their goals
- Drive Adform's commercial success by retaining and growing customer relationships and increase relevant product adoption
- Be a proactive advisor towards the customer, consult on best practice solutions to meet their goals & objectives
- Manage new client onboarding and new product rollout for existing clients, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines & technical specifications
- Represent the client needs towards Adform product teams and collaborate with account management and customer success leadership to efficiently escalate relevant topics
- Proactively educate customers, ensuring optimum platform knowledge and usage on the local market
- Advanced understanding of digital marketing, programmatic media buying, associated tools, and the local competitive landscape, with the ability to identify and leverage USPs against competitors - MUST
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to influence key technical stakeholders both internally and externally
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills in both your native language and English, with a customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to present solutions assertively and translate technical details for non-technical audiences
- Eagerness to gain a broad knowledge of all Adform products and how they can help customers achieve their business goals
- Willingness to learn internal processes, initiate knowledge sharing, collaborate across different Adform teams, and utilize available resources
