Game Analyst - #2088930

At Bytro, we’re shaping the future of mobile F2P strategy games, and we’re on the lookout for a Game Analyst to help us launch a new game on a recognized IP by analyzing game KPI performance and growing our player base.

What You’ll Do

• Work as part of a game team to successfully launch our new game on a recognized IP
• Set up effective data visualizations, primarily in Tableau
• Shape and maintain database structures and data hygiene
• Develop methods to examine and evaluate player behavior
• Perform statistical and graphical analyses for ongoing game performance and long-term projections
• Evaluate A/B and multivariate tests, conduct problem analyses, and generate actionable insights for feature development
• Shape and maintain ETL and data integration pipelines
• Recommend precise courses of action to management and game team and represent complex data relationships with clear, understandable graphs and reports

Must have Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a data-driven role within the gaming industry
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
• Ability to work with various data platforms and tools such as Snowflake or dbt
• Experience in applying statistical methods and working with large datasets
• Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly

Nice to have Requirements

• Expertise in Tableau, Snowflake and dbt
• Experience with scripting languages such as R or Python
• Strong game affinity, with an understanding of gaming products and player behavior
• Experience in the technical aspects of data architecture or data engineering
