Publicis Groupe has been appointed by Beiersdorf as the global agency partner for NIVEA, the world’s leading skin-care brand, for every market globally. For NIVEA we have built a bespoke agency called Publicis One Touch, a name that embodies the NIVEA brand purpose of ‘The Power of Touch’.
Publicis One Touch is a new agency model that brings together data, creativity and technology to help build a truly integrated approach to the Nivea brand. This model is designed to dramatically improve the effectiveness, efficiency, creativity and consistency of NIVEA marketing.
To deliver the creative scope and the implementation we will have powerhouses across 8 hubs in New York, Sao Paulo,
Cape Town, Dubai, Mumbai, Shanghai, Bangkok, Moscow. The new Agency will be led from a Hamburg HQ, and use a network of Publicis One Touch teams in over 40 other markets to cover the NIVEA world.

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Director (m/f/d) to join our Team in Hamburg.
Overview
The Program Director is responsible for the overseeing all operational activities for the organisation. He/she is accountable to drive excellence in operations and commercial management to enable marketing transformation of ourselves and the client.

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Director (m/f/d) to join our Team in Hamburg.
Overview
The Program Director is responsible for the overseeing all operational activities for the organisation. He/she is accountable to drive excellence in operations and commercial management to enable marketing transformation of ourselves and the client.
Strategic Leadership
- Serve as a key advisor to clients, building trust and providing strategic direction to achieve brand and sales objectives.
- Independently resolve complex client or team challenges.
- Oversee agency revenue and profitability models, ensuring project completion within budget.
- Own regional revenue forecasts and budgets, negotiating fees and determining financial needs.
- Manage invoicing and financial reporting for all workstreams.
- Scope, plan, and ensure the sustainable and profitable delivery of all workstreams.
- Maintain smooth daily operations, including team utilization and adaptation to changing project scopes.
- Monitor capacity planning, stepping in to support teams during workload spikes or unforeseen circumstances.
- Implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive business retention and generate new revenue streams through strategic client engagement.
- Lead and inspire teams to deliver high-quality work, identifying development needs and implementing training programs.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in motivating and managing teams across lateral, professional, and disciplinary dimensions, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Identify and mitigate risks in operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all contracts and statements of work.
- Proven track record in delivering excellence in project delivery and commercial impact, preferably on global marketing campaigns.
- Strong financial and operational acumen, managing budgets and resources across multiple workstreams and geographies.
- Experience in resolving complex challenges and re-prioritizing resources in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional client relationship skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in motivating and managing teams across lateral, professional, and disciplinary dimensions, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- 3+ years of experience in programme management.
- Deep understanding of delivery methodologies, with the ability to adapt or craft frameworks tailored to achieve project goals efficiently.
- International client experience.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
