As a student worker in our Offshore Construction team, your day begins by connecting with colleagues from various departments to ensure seamless internal communication. You’ll play a central role in reshaping how we communicate across channels such as MS Viva Engage, Stream, SharePoint, and Teams. Whether it’s producing engaging content, organizing internal events, or supporting improvement projects, you’ll help keep the team aligned and informed. Your creativity and structured mindset will be essential as you measure communication impact and explore fresh ideas to elevate our internal dialogue. With flexibility and enthusiasm, you’ll contribute to driving collaboration and innovation in our offshore construction projects.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Rethink and contribute to enhancing our internal communication approach with fresh ideas
- Support content management and engagement across internal communication platforms like Viva Engage and Stream
- Collaborate with colleagues across various teams to strengthen internal connectivity
- Assist in internal improvement initiatives within Offshore Construction
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of internal communication activities
- Maintain and update SharePoint and Teams channels; help organize internal events and meetings
- Take on ad hoc tasks based on your interests and competencies
- Currently enrolled in a study programme in Business, Communications, Operations or a related field, with 1–2 years of studies remaining
- A passion for communication, storytelling, and visual content creation, including video editing
- Strong stakeholder management skills and enthusiasm for connecting with people
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365, especially SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and PowerPoint
- Independent and structured working style with an eye for detail
- Motivation to drive efficiency and clarity in communication
- Availability to work from our office in Vejle or Hamburg at least once a week
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
