(Junior) Tax Manager (m/f/d) - #2086560

In cooperation with leading international tax consulting firms, our Tax Team guarantees compliance with tax regulations for the national and international business of the ABOUT YOU Group. In addition, the optimal tax structuring of internal processes and issues as well as tax reporting are part of your responsibilities.

As a Tax Manager (m/f/d) , you will be jointly responsible for the tax management of our domestic and international business and will have the opportunity to develop tax processes independently and lead interdisciplinary projects. In an open corporate culture with short decision-making paths, you will take responsibility for VAT issues and actively contribute to the success of our group of companies. You will be part of a committed team that focuses on cooperation and mutual support.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for ongoing tax processes and procedures, with a focus on the area of VAT
• Preparation and review of VAT returns, recapitulative statements, etc.
• Assessing tax issues in collaboration with other departments
• Communicating with tax authorities and external consultants
• Creating internal guidelines and implementing new requirements
• Further development of measures to ensure tax compliance along with automation and digitalization of processes

Requirements

• Successfully completed business studies, ideally with a focus on tax/finance or completed training with several years of professional experience
• Business fluent in German and English
• First relevant professional experience in an international tax, auditing or audit-related consulting firm or in a company is an advantage
• User knowledge of an ERP system and confident handling of MS Office are a plus
