You'll help users with their questions and review content to make sure our platforms stay safe and respectful. No experience? No problem! Well provide full trainingyou just need great communication skills, a good eye for detail, and a willingness to learn.
What Youll Be Doing
Customer Support (70%)
️ Fluent German and good English writing skills
️ Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.)
️ Strong attention to detail and quick decision-making
️ Open to working rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
️ A positive attitudeexperience is a bonus, but not required!

- Answer questions, solve problems, and provide clear info in German and English
- Use easy tools to track and resolve issues
- Check posts, images, and messages to make sure they follow the rules
- Spot and report anything inappropriate or harmful
- Help keep online spaces safe and respectful
