• Lead business development and new customer acquisition in Europe
• Set the business development strategy and operational plan for Europe for the next 5 years, working strategically with the global business development team to identify and deliver a diverse, multi-market & customer strategy by channel & category
• Manage a pipeline of new customer projects, forecast opportunities and drive consistent sales, gaining market share.
• Negotiate business terms according to company's requirements, work closely with finance and legal

• You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that owns their business, can effectively identify targets and plan your time, work and travel effectively
• Experience in identifying, prioritizing, and securing new business and customer opportunities through consultative, solution selling
• Skilled in building long-term strategic relationships with potential customers
• Proven ability to monitor and stay abreast of regional conditions and competitive intelligence and effectively communicate findings across the organization
• Work independantly, set own agenda and successfully manage a long sales cycle
• Residence in Germany
