Senior Retail Media Manager - Operations (m/f/d) - #2072067

As Senior Retail Media Manager – Operations in the Brand Relations and Retail Media Team you are responsible for the performance analysis of our retail media campaigns as well as the provision of strategic recommendations and insights to support decision-making and long-term planning for our partner brands. You’ll use data to showcase to leading brands that retail media campaigns on ABOUT YOU should be considered as an integral part of their marketing strategy to raise brand engagement, brand awareness and sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail media campaign success: Own the performance analysis of campaigns, leveraging key metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI, and ROAS) to identify trends, optimize strategies, and maximize impact.

• 
  Champion real-time performance monitoring: Develop and maintain looker studio dashboards to provide a clear view of campaign health, proactively troubleshooting technical issues, delivery challenges, and reporting discrepancies to ensure flawless execution.
• 
  Become a data-driven storyteller: Craft compelling presentations and reports that showcase the value of retail media campaigns, highlighting their positive impact on brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, sales growth for our brand partners and internal stakeholders.
• 
  "Drive alignment and decision-making with clear, data-backed insights: Effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders, presenting actionable recommendations that guide strategic discussions and foster consensus among key team members and decision-makers.

Requirements

• Completed studies with a focus on business administration, marketing or economics/statistics

• 
  Work experience in the field of e-commerce or retail media
• 
  Very good English skills
• 
  Independent as well as solution-oriented way of working
•
